Since the skin is the largest organ of our body, it is important to release environmental toxins. The skin should eliminate up to two kilograms of material each day, but for most of us- this is not the case. The main issue is that our skin gets clogged and regular soap doesn’t have the ability to really deep clean the skin.
Oil cleansing is the process of using oil to dissolve and remove dirt on the skin. “Cleansing oils are based on the premise that like dissolves like” Oils are filled with antioxidants, vitamins and anti- inflammatory properties that will dissolve pore-clogging oil produced by your face.

For the skin: Coconut oil has antibacterial, antifungal, and antimicrobial properties. It will penetrate deeply into your skin, detoxing and replenishing your natural skin oils. It helps fight aging, can be used as a makeup remover, and locks in moisture after showers.
Oil pulling: detoxifies the mouth, killing bad breath, fighting bacteria, cures tooth decay, and helps boost the immune system. Swish 1 tbsp of oil for 10-20 minutes. Spit the oil in a trash can.
Cook with it: Coconut oil remains stable under high temps. High in triglycerides, it is a natural energy booster, aiding in digestion and metabolism.
Natural Laxative: Castor oil promotes circulation of fluids in the body. It is a safe, natural laxative. Take 1 to 2 tbsp. Mix with orange juice to make it more palatable.
Decongests Lymphatic System: The lymph vessels collect waste from tissues and carry it to the blood for elimination, Castor oil eases up congestion and gets the lymph moving freely.
Moisturizes Skin: Being highly viscous, the oil penetrates deep into the skin tissue and nourishes with fatty acids.
